Turnaround Church Consulting
One of the most needed and hardest tasks in U.S. churches is to "turnaround" a church that has plateaued or declined over the years.
In 2006, The leadership of University Christian Church in Los Angeles hired Scott Julian to lead the turnaround of the church. UCC was started in 1910 and moved to its present location in 1961. By 2006 the church was averaging 190 people a Sunday in attendance with the average age around 60 years old. Today the church is now running over 500 on a Sunday with over 100 children under the age of 6th grade present every week.
Julian Team Consulting, with Scott as you guide, will walk alongside with your leadership team to help you with understanding what needs to be done each step of the way in your process of turning your church around and for it to reach the vision God and your leadership team have for your local congregation.
